McLean, VA., June 27, 2011―HumanTouch, LLC welcomes David Meyer to our team as the Vice President of HumanTouch Health Solutions. Mr. Meyer will be tasked with assisting the executive leadership in building upon the HumanTouch health strategy. This new division will build upon the health Information technology (IT) experience and expertise HumanTouch has been cultivating for 15 years.
Mr. Meyer is a Senior Executive with more than 20 years of diverse experience in the health and Federal government contracting industries. Mr. Meyer’s personal and career life has been entrenched in Health and IT since his very early days. His experience combines hands-on research, systems engineering, business development, and executive leadership with a thorough understanding of all aspects of contracting industry. Mr. Meyer has been involved with many of the new federal initiatives in the changing health care arena. For example, most recently he led the pursuit and execution of a federal health strategy for Nationwide Health Information Network compliant services and platform implementation. He has extensive experience working in partnership with federal agencies, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), Military Health, and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
